Or, if the guard does in fact weigh more than said, metal, I doubt he would have lifted off the ground at all. The metal would most likely have just ripped out of his body from the start.

Chris. now that I think about it, all of the metal would have come from his abdomen since he only drunk it the night before. Why can't movies ever do power-crazed, magnetical, aging mutants realistically?
Well, you can't accuse the guard of having iron-poor blood, I guess.
